Existing Rental Customers
We're so glad you're a rental customer!
Have you started your wishlist? Adding items to your wish list is simple.
Step 2: When you see a set you'd like to rent, add it to your wish list by clicking on the stamp set image to go to the product page. On the product page, click on the heart beneath the "Add to Cart" button.
If you aren't logged in, the program will ask you to log in. After logging in, you will be returned to the product page and you'll need to click on the heart again. When you have clicked on the heart again, it will change to a solid red heart.
You now have one set in your wishlist!
Step 3: Find more sets to add by clicking on the Raisin Boat breadcrumb.
Keep adding sets to your heart's desire.
Once you have added sets to your wishlist, you can view all the sets in there by clicking on the "My Wishlist" button in the upper, right hand corner under "Cart".
This button takes you to a page that shows you all the stamp sets in your wishlist.
At any time, you can remove a set from your wishlist by clicking on the red heart. The webpage will automatically update without that set.
That's the basics of the current wishlist program. In March of 2018, we are launching a new site that will have an easier flow and you'll be able to reorder your sets so we know which sets you want next.
What do you do after you have your wishlist created? Sit back and wait for your first rental sets to arrive. You can add and remove stamps sets whenever you want.
When you're done creating with your stamp set, put it in the stamped envelope and drop it off at the post office.
If you want to keep your rental set, use the following button to buy it for $11.99. (Save 20% off retail!) Simply type in the serial number from the stamp set.
After you have entered the serial number, click on the "Buy Now" button to make your purchase through PayPal.
Q: Can I add red rubber stamps to my wishlist?
A: You can add red rubber stamps to your list so you can find them later, but they are not part of the rental program. Cling mounted red rubber stamps are too thick to ship in the regular mail. They require a package rate through the post office. We are considering adding a level to get red rubber stamps in the future.
Q: If I send all the stamp sets back right away, will I receive my next sets in the same month?
A: The subscription levels list the maximum stamp sets you can receive in a month. You can keep them as long as you want, but sending them back early will not get extra sets. If your current level of stamps a month isn't enough to keep your busy, we'd be glad to help you change to a higher subscription rate to feed your crafting need!
